There are some conversations that feel less like interviews and more like reminders. Our recent discussion with Diana Palm was one of those moments.
For more than 30 years, Diana has worked as a medium, spiritual healer, rescue medium, and guide for those navigating grief, energetic burdens, spiritual awakening, and even the transition between life and death itself. Her work centers around one powerful idea: we are eternal beings, and healing continues far beyond what we call physical life.
During this deeply moving conversation on the n2continuum Broadcast, Diana shared profound insights about near-death experiences, soul contracts, earthbound spirits, and the sacred work of helping souls cross into the light.
One of the strongest themes throughout the interview was Diana’s work with individuals who have experienced near-death experiences (NDEs).
While many people view NDEs through inspirational online stories, Diana explained that the aftermath is often much more complicated and emotionally intense than most realize.
Many experiencers return carrying:
Diana described how many NDE experiencers quietly struggle with despair after returning. The contrast between the overwhelming peace and love experienced on the other side and the heaviness of earthly life can feel unbearable.
Rather than seeing NDEs as random accidents, Diana views them as profound soul realignment experiences, moments where the soul is recalibrated and redirected back toward its intended path.
According to Diana, many people who experience NDEs often awaken psychic sensitivity, intuitive gifts, healing abilities, telepathy, or expanded spiritual awareness afterward. What once felt dormant suddenly becomes active.
She also emphasized the importance of community and support for experiencers who often feel misunderstood after returning from such transformative events.
Another powerful topic explored was the concept of soul contracts.
Diana shared her perspective that before incarnation, souls participate in designing the framework of their human experience. This includes:
From this perspective, life disruptions are not punishments. Job losses, relationship endings, illnesses, or major upheavals can sometimes be signs that the soul is attempting to redirect us back toward alignment.
Rather than viewing suffering as meaningless, Diana framed many difficult experiences as catalysts for awakening and remembrance.
At the same time, she stressed that free will remains deeply important. Souls are not trapped in a rigid script but are participating in an evolving journey of learning and consciousness.
Perhaps the most moving part of the interview was Diana’s discussion of crossing over work.
As a rescue medium, Diana helps earthbound souls transition into the light after death.
She explained that some spirits remain attached to the earthly plane due to unresolved trauma, addiction, fear, resentment, or emotional attachment to unfinished situations. In many cases, these souls simply cannot perceive the divine light available to them.
Diana described it as though layers of darkness or emotional pain act like sunglasses covering spiritual vision.
Her work involves helping these souls recognize the light again and gently guiding them home.
One of the most powerful stories she shared involved the battlefields of Fredericksburg, where countless Civil War soldiers remained spiritually present long after their deaths. During crossing-over work, Diana repeatedly heard the same emotional responses from spirits finally transitioning:
“Thank you. I love you. Goodbye.”
According to Diana, this work does not only heal the departed, it also creates healing throughout entire family lineages. When ancestors cross over and release old pain, living descendants can experience emotional, energetic, and spiritual shifts as well.
Diana also addressed growing online fear narratives surrounding spirituality and death, particularly teachings warning people not to “go into the light.”
She strongly challenged these ideas.
According to Diana, the true divine light is not a trap, but a return to Source, love, and higher consciousness. Fear-based distortions, she explained, often arise from lower vibrational states and confusion.
Her message throughout the interview remained grounded in compassion rather than fear:
At its core, this conversation was not really about death.
It was about remembrance.
Remembering that consciousness continues.
Remembering that healing is possible.
Remembering that even in moments of confusion or suffering, the soul may still be guiding us toward alignment.
Diana’s work offers comfort to those navigating grief, spiritual awakening, paranormal experiences, or the profound aftereffects of near-death experiences. Most importantly, it reminds people that they are not alone in what they are experiencing.
The journey of the soul does not end at the edge of physical life, and sometimes, helping someone heal means helping them remember who they truly are.
